Upgrading the floor: photos by Neville Thomas
John and Pat Morris together with Edward Parker undertook the job of upgrading
the floor over the Christmas/New Year (2010/2011) period. They have done
a magnificent job! It rejuvinates the Hall incredibly. Many, many thanks
to John M who spent nearly 60 hrs of his time in truly adverse conditions.
His helper, Edward Parker spent 70 hrs in there.
On Wednesday January 5th, John and Edward were joined by Lynn & Wilf, Alcwyn & Gillian, and Pat who were all very busily endeavouring to clean up the Hall - an enormous amount of dust had been produced during the project. Yes, it was a big, big job.
