Typical Events


Sundays: Second Sunday of the month: Bilingual Church Service

Mondays: Welsh speaking group meets on the 3rd Monday every month at 10:30am.

Mondays: (4th of each month): Volunteer working party from 10:00 am till 3:30 pm.

Wednesdays: General Meetings are held on alternate months. The meetings are scheduled for February, April, June, September and November. (There is a break during the summer.) The Annual General Meeting is held in December.

Fridays: Cambrian Circle Singers

(Most) Saturdays: Red Dragon opens 7:30 pm.


Contact the Society to ensure a typical event has not been cancelled.

Saturday February 27th. - St. David's Day Dinner

Our annual St. David's Day Dinner will be held in the Cambrian Hall. Doors will open at 6 pm and dinner will be served at 7 pm. The event will be catered by Jordans: menu to include,


- Rolls and butter

- Leek Potato Soup

- Terriyaki Chicken

- Roast Beef (Prime Rib)

- Salmon Fillets

- Nugget potatoes

- Hot vegetables

- Assorted squares

- Fresh Fruit Plate

- Coffee and Tea

Monday March 1st. at 7:30 pm - St. David's Day

Our traditional St. David's Day Open House and Celebration will be held in the Lower Hall starting at 7.30 pm. Cawl Cennin will be served. Come along and join in the fun.


Wednesday, March 3rd. at 7:30 pm - Executive Meeting


Sunday March 14th at 10:00 am - Welsh Lessons

Will be held in the Upper Hall prior to the Bilingual Service. Call Elizabeth (604 408-8804) for details.

Saturday March 27th. - Pub Trivia Night at the Red Dragon

Always a lot of fun, this will be our fourth such event organized by Eifion Williams. A $10 donation will give you a delicious light supper, mouth watering dessert and a raffle ticket.


Saturday April 10th. - 2nd. Annual Spring Sale

The stalls will include,


- Home made Welsh baking and preserves

- Collectibles

- Old china

- Books and Jewellery
