Sundays: Second Sunday of the month: Bilingual Church Service

Mondays: Welsh speaking group meets on the 3rd Monday every month at 10:30am.

Mondays: (4th of each month): Volunteer working party from 10:00 am till 3:30 pm.

Mondays: General Meetings are held on second Monday of the month. Meetings are scheduled for February, April, June, September and November. (There is a break during the summer.) The Annual General Meeting is held in December.

Fridays: Cambrian Circle Singers

(Some) Saturdays: Red Dragon opens 7:30 pm.

The Welsh Society will be extending a warm welcome to Côr Godre'r Aran at the Red Dragon. Light refreshments will be served and the bar will be open. If you would like to bring a plate to share with our guests, it would be appreciated. We look forward to meeting the choir from Wales on the eve of their concert.

Sunday, 12th September from 10:00 am till 11:00 am Dysgu Cymraeg Sign Up

You are invited to sign up for the group which is learning (or re-learning) Welsh using Internet resources. Specially designed for the ffearful and the fforgetful! If you want to start speaking Welsh, or want to practise basic conversation, you are welcome to come to the Cambrian Hall before the bilingual church service.

The members of the society always enjoy the Quiz Nights organised by Eifion Williams. This time as an added treat, we will be serving the Welsh favourite, Faggots and Peas. We will be asking for a donation of $10.00 to cover the cost of the event.

All volunteers welcome; lunch will be served.


Wednesday, 13th October from 12:00 noon Book Club

Our annual Gymanfa Ganu will be held at Cambrian Hall on October 31st at 2:00 pm.

The conductor will be Fifion Thomas the Musical Director of the Llanelli Male Choir and our soloist will be Joy Cornock, from Fishguard,Wales.
